Smoked Mackerel Pâté
A gourmet-style dish with only four easy ingredients.
- 2 Tablespoons crème fraiche
- 2 smoked mackerel fillets, skinned, halved
- ½ lemon, peeled, halved
- ground black pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 6.
- Blend for 35-40 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades until desired consistency is reached.
