It’s so easy going green with this sweet and delicious combination of fruits, veggies, and leafy greens.

All Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) water
  • 1 slice (90 g) pineapple, peeled, with core
  • 3 cups (450 g) green grapes
  • ½ Bartlett pear, seeded
  • 1 small avocado, pitted, peeled
  • ½ cup (40 g) broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach
  • 2½ cup (325 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 50 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades

Chef's Notes

If all ingredients do not fit, start the blend and add the extra ingredients through the lid plug.
