1 1/2 cups (360 ml) chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream 1/4 cup (60 ml) low fat milk 1/2 cup (120 ml) crushed Oreo cookies (garnish)

Place all ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and gradually increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Allow machine to run for 30 seconds.

Garnish: Place 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cookies in the bottom of a glass, add drink and layer of light whipped topping. Cover with remaining cookie crumbs and insert gummy worms.

Place all ingredients in the container. Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run machine for 4 or 5 minutes or until the blades spin free.

Remove dough quickly as it thickens fast.

Finger Paint

Place the first three ingredients into the container. Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run machine for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Divide into 4 equal portions and mix in food coloring by hand. Store in 4 small jars.
